The stay was great. The home was not particularly dirty, but there was a opened bag of trips left in the kitchen cabinet and other MINOR discrepancies which left us to wonder how thorough the cleaning was. The beach was fantastic, the residents were friendly, and the property management crew were conscientious. We loved the location and condo and would definitely recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed the condo. It has a great view and easy access to the pier restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the shower was huge. The appliances were nice and new and the furniture was beautiful.

Long Labor Day weekend.

April at Emerald Isle

This 3rd floor unit is tastefully decorated, short on paper products (you might want to bring some) and offers lovely views of the Gulf. Sometimes the pool and hot tub noise is noticeable, but not bothersome. Emerald Isle is close to lots of restaurants, and the beach is wonderful! Loved our stay!

Loved the condo! Wonderful beach view! I loved that this condo had many cooking utensils. Other condos do not provide as much as this location did. Love it! I will definitely try to book again!

The condo was great! Could walk to some places. The area, although a little crowded at times, was great! We were able to relax and unwind!! The only downside was the living room and patio furniture wasn't comfortable. But still enjoyed our stay!

Great location, close to everything in Pensacola Beach

Great unit at Emerald Isle with great amenities, very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach on boardwalk. Nice walks to nearby restaurants every evening. Breakfast spots right across the street. Access to Riptides to grab lunch for on the beach picnic. White, sugary sand and beautiful water. We’ve traveled to a lot of beaches and Pensacola Beach is a great spot for our family and we will be back to #306. Thank you!

Could be cleaner

We enjoy Emerald Isle location and have stayed in condos there before. The condo needs a deep clean and a pest control service. The floors were sticky and there were pests in the kitchen. It has the potential to be an amazing piece of property if the the cleaning services were better before check in.

Enjoyed the beach

The floors were filthy; stove kept tripping the circuit breaker; ma br bed was horrible; the door code was the only code that worked. I've been staying at Emerald Isle for 25 years and this is the first unit I was very disappointed in. But....I did not let that ruin my trip. We made the best of the beautiful beach. I will never stay in that unit but will return to Emerald Isle for sure.

Family vacation

Our view was wonderful as usual. We stay in a random condo at Emerald Isle almost every August. We did have a great time, however my only complaint would be the living room furniture. It is time for some upgrades for sure. You can feel the springs in the couch and chairs when you sit down. We did not receive the parking info we needed in a timely matter, but the management team resolved it very quickly. :) Other than that, my only suggestion would be to add plastic cups in the kitchen for kids and a spatula for cooking. We bought one and left it for the next family. Overall, not a bad stay, just needs a few things.

Nice place and location

Overall, we enjoyed the stay; if I could I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5. Annoyances were toilet paper holders located poorly behind you as you sit vs in front of you. Recliners were not very comfortable. Tiled countertops aren't very attractive. Loved the look of the shower; thought I'd get dumped on by two shower heads, but only one works at a time or you can split the water pressure between the two ... not very effective. The master king bed on the other hand was very comfortable; great nights' sleep. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, crock pot, & keurig. Last and not least, the view was fantastic.
