We like our guests to have a good time but not at the expense of others, so the management does try to keep an eye on any situations that may cause distress to any other guests. For the most part we always seem to have THE best guests who love every minute of their stay. Thank you for pointing out the hardworking staff. We do have it listed in our Arrival Package that it is customary to tip our wonderful beach staff & housekeeping staff & those that offer you a great stay. Anything is so very appreciated. Thank you so much Heidi for this amazing review! It is a beautiful condo & we agree our location can't be beat. Sargassum does come & go during the spring & summer months. Some days it's totally clear & others not. Unfortunately we can't predict its arrival which is based on winds/tides etc. The city does their best to remove it. And the infinity pool is a great spot to relax in, with great views overlooking the beach! I'm thrilled to hear all the info we provided was helpful. We want all our guests to be fully informed & prepared so their stay with us is stress free & relaxing! We are so looking forward to hosting you again Heidi! Sally & Staff

Thanks Rose for the wonderful 5 star review! We can't agree more that the condo & location is fantastic and staff are spectacular. We're very proud of our long term staff & the level of customer service we offer! The beach club 2 doors down that plays music at night is new to the scene. We do make a point of mentioning it in all our rental listings that there are things we can't control such as beach music. All condos in Playa del Carmen on the beach are next to some beach club playing music! Most people aren't bothered by it & feel the condo, complex, ocean location & staff make it so worthwhile! Hello Bill, thank you for the 4 stars despite some negative comments which we expected. Unfortunately our experience with you was one of the most troubling we've ever had. :( Days before you were to arrive, you sent me a message your group had Covid, & you wished to cancel with a full refund. Given it was Christmas, outside your cancellation window & you'd signed a contract, we just couldn't do that. The owners have suffered greatly over Covid yet continued to pay the staff. At the time of your booking we highly suggested you buy travel cancellation ins. & when I asked you if you had done so, you said you didn't buy it & became very angry with me. You also said you didn't buy it because you thought Covid was over. It really got bizarre then. In the end, we said if you'd cancel your stay, we could try to rebook your dates & if so, we'd offer you a credit. You refused to do this which was further puzzling to us when we're trying to help you! You then sent me an email that karma was a wonderful thing. :( You ended up coming with your family & brought a case of Covid with you, & told our manager that you knew your grandson had symptoms prior to coming, & further that "this is what we get for not allowing yus to cancel". This became alarming as you put all our wonderful staff & guests at risk. Despite this, our staff continued to help you even though we qualified to cancel your stay to protect ourselves. We spent a lot of time with you from start to finish & unfortunately this became a case of a disgruntled guest. Please also note that there is a disclaimer about music being played on the beach. This condo is on the opposite side of the complex & away from the beach club you mention, & we've rarely if ever had had complaints about music in this condo on VRBO or our other booking sites. In the end we're glad that you could see your way clear to say that you were well taken care of. It would've been greatly appreciated if you extended the same courtesy to us so that our valued staff didn't end quarantining during a busy time. We'd hope that future guests can read between the lines here, & see that as hosts to other rentals in the same complex that we enjoy fantastic reviews & continue to earn Super Host which we're so proud of! We're a 5-star rental company with over 15 years of experience & we take exceptional care of all our guests!
