It is the perfect condo sitting right on the very front of the building & you're right at the pool & mere steps to your beach lounger but offers a nice level of privacy. Thank you Sander for this wonderful review! The condo itself is spacious with an extra large wrap-around balcony overlooking the beach. As for the bedrooms size, the master king & 2nd guest bedroom are probably equal in size, but the difference is that there are 2 queens in the 2nd guest room. But plenty of space to manouver around! The 3rd guest room we do note in our listing is a smaller room but does accommodate a queen bed. We have many families & groups that stay with us with no issue at all. You're so right the location being directly on the beach & mere steps to 5th makes it for one of the best complexes on the beach. And Edith our manager is a rock star! We are truly mere steps to everything making it one of the most ideal condos to stay in. As for the condo and accommodating guests, to be clear it is a 3 bedroom condo; it can easily sleep 8. 1 king bedroom, 2 queens in a bedroom and a smaller 3rd bedroom which has a queen. So if it's couples they may not wish to share a bedroom with 2 queens. But we do have big families and groups of friends that stay in the condo without complaint or any issues of space so I hope that anyone reading this understands that the condo was built to accommodate 8 guests. And we couldn't agree more with you Bill that the front terrace is as you say a front row seat to amazing views & the sunrises and sunsets can't be beat. And the location is perfect for being on the beach & so close to dining & shopping! Actually the construction on the building across the street is heading into the final stages of the outside as it started 1.5 years ago so the noise is definitely lessening opposed to the beginning. We have rarely had any guest complaints about the noise from our guests in the 7 condos we list there. But of course depending on the day/week the scenario can change as the push is on to finish it.
