Our family is excited to offer a beautiful, and spacious three bedroom, three bath residence located at Windward Point in Sea Palms, to you and your family. Please come and see our place.
The welcoming foyer opens to spacious kitchen, dining and living area leading to a covered balcony with views of the marsh and gated pool area. A split bedroom plan allows for privacy and master bedroom offers great marsh views.
There are nine-foot ceilings as well as upgraded laminate and tile floors throughout.
Windward Point places you just steps away from the Sea Palms Restaurant and a beautiful 18-hole marsh view golf course.
You'll enjoy gorgeous sunrises and marvelous eastern marsh views looking toward Sea Island. This location is very private and quiet.

**Minimum renter age is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
* No trailers are allowed on the property.

We have been coming to St Simons Island for about 15 years. We enjoy our time there with family. We look forward to times on the Island, the charm, the live oaks with the Spanish moss, and the wildlife is really beautiful.

This is a Golfer Dream. Walk across the street to Sea Palms Golf course. The location of the property is private but yet close the all the beauty that St. Simons Island offers. Golf right out the front door. Privacy out the back door with unparalleled beauty of the marsh.
