We rented this lovely beachfront unit as well as the adjoining unit and it was the perfect setup for a mini family reunion! Having the beach literally in your front yard, all to yourself, was a dream. We'll definitely be back!
We have stayed here before, but somehow it gets even better every time!!! We love the natural setting and no crowds…..actually hardly any people. Perfect for a restful week of sun, naps, good books, good seafood, and beach-combing!!! Our pup enjoys running on the beach and playing with new friends! We will return as often as possible!!!!
We loved everything about St. Teresa Beach! It was quiet, peaceful, and so relaxing. We enjoyed sunning and walking on the beach. Our dog loved it, too!
Our family spent a week on St Teresa Beach. It was the most private, peaceful beach I have ever had the privilege to relax on. The house has any thing you could need or want during your stay. We will definitly be returning in the future!

So glad you enjoyed the magic of St Teresa.
You’re welcome back anytime.
Great property and wonderfully situated on St. Teresa. We had amazing weather and sitting out on the screen porch was just the best. Got to go paddle boarding with dolphins, the first time that has every happened in all the years I spent coming to ST. Teresa. Hope to come back next year.

This was our first time to Seaglass and the forgotten coast of Florida. Didn’t know what to expect, but it surpassed all our expectations. Loved everything about this place! Wanna come back for sure!

Beautifully decorated home. Steps to the beach. Fabulous water pressure and plenty of water hoses to wash sand off humans and doggos. When I die, I hope this is what heaven is like!!

Thank you for your kind comments. Seaglass and St Teresa Beach are truly a special place for us. I’m so glad you enjoyed yourselves and our little slice of heaven! You and yours are welcome back anytime.
My friend and I discovered St. Teresa during the pandemic and have visited each year, enjoying the lovely "forgotten coast" feel of the area. This is our first stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Check-in and check-out were easy and we had everything we needed. The beach view from the screened-in porch was beautiful and a bonus is the comfy bed on the porch! We enjoyed the night sky filled with stars (and meteors from the Geminid shower). Thanks again for a relaxing holiday!
We loved staying at seatless! We would love to come back! The ocean is right at the back porch! Just one word of advice, your clothes may get stained orange! I think it was from the ocean as my white bathing suit got the most!

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay at Seaglass. You are welcome back anytime!
I think we figured out the orange laundry. It was a reaction with the detergent and Clorox. We changed our detergent and got a laundry sanitizer that is not Clorox. The sheets and a bunch of towels got stained to. It may come out if you soak your orange laundry in weak Clorox for a while. , see if that works.
The house was clean and well organized and had everything we needed. The convenience to the beach, kayaks, and beach toys could not have been easier. The neighbors were great and the beach was uncrowded and peaceful. We really enjoyed taking a paddle around each day and discovering all the sea life and shells; and starting and ending our days watching the ocean from the porch. We would love to come back.
If you are looking for a non-commercialized beach vacation then St. Teresa is the place to come. High rise hotels and condominiums do NOT line the shore. Instead you will find regular houses facing the ocean. You will be able to walk the beach without having to avoid crowds of people. If you are looking to relax in peace and quiet, you will have found the perfect place to do it.

I’m so glad you had a good time. St Teresa is a special place.
Words cant describe this rental! Our family had an amazing time and we will definitely be returning. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the vacation inside and out! Very remote area so not alot of stores or restaurant around which was perfectly ok with us and this is also stated in the description.
The water and beach was very nice and we seen alot of critters, crabs, dolphins, etc. Kayaking my kids loved!
I would give the rental 15/10!
Thanks to the owners for sharing their place with our family!
Seaglass was perfect! As well as the host, Rachel. She was very accommodating in the midst of a potential hurricane. Luckily, it bypassed us and we were able to enjoy 4 beautiful days at St. Teresa. The house is awesome with a great porch, where we spent most of our time , when we weren’t on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and a great TV for watching the Seminoles! I would highly recommend the property and we definitely plan on going back!

Loved the outdoor shower beside the bathroom. Toys included were so helpful to have - with our four children -beach toys/kayaks/paddle boards. The outdoor dining was our favorite as we watched the hummingbirds and waves roll in. Variety of puzzles were helpful for rainy days. Very clean, well organized, and updated for St Teresa. Also loved the fact of filtered water so we didn’t need to bring our own. We didn’t have neighbors until the last night, but did note we could hear their TV through the wall. Overall, we loved our stay and took some cards to share with family that might be looking for a home for a week throughout the year!

About the host

My husband Jacques and I have lived in the Tallahassee area for over 20 yrs. We raised 3 wonderful daughters and have 3 grandchildren (so far). We are excited to offer Seaglass for others to enjoy the beautiful forgotten coast of North Florida. We love to paddle board, kayak and be outside. Seaglass is the best place for that!
Why they chose this property
Seaglass is a gem on St Teresa Beach. You can not find this type of beauty and peace along this gulf coast, a place to clear your head, hear the sounds of nature and enjoy. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, nature watching and history are some of the activities you can enjoy. Everything you need to wind down, relax and enjoy nature. It is a multi family house with 3 separate units, one upstairs and two down stairs each with their own private screened porches.
What makes this property unique
Beach front has a shallow shoal that goes out about 100 feet. The tides allow a nice flat shallow area for kids to play. Beach is not open to the public. There is 3 miles of beach front and has very few people on it.
