Newly renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath with a 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk! This property has three bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a brand new sofa bed. All bedrooms have their own dresser. The living room has a smart tv and a few games for the kids. There is also a sunroom at the front of the house with plenty of seating and a coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee!

The kitchen is completely renovated with new appliances, gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with all needed essentials like frying pans, lobster pot, cooking spoons, mixing bowls and more!

Bath towels and and linens are provided and professionally cleaned. The whole condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each visit!

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the common area at the back of the first floor. Enter through the first door around the back side of the house.

This condo is in 5 min walking distance to 10+ restaurants, bars and convenience stores like Christy's Pizza, Bernie's Beach Bar, The Goat, Ice Cream, McGurik's Ocean View and Royal Market just to name a few!

NOTE* Deck in picture is for another condo on second floor that is another one of our rental condos. The picture is just for reference of what the home looks like!

There is NO dedicated parking on site, but there is a paid lot at the end of the street. Street parking is available October 15- May 15.

No need to wait in any traffic or worry about parking for a beach day -- you can be on the beach in 5 minutes!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach but away from the craziness of the night life. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Enjoyable stay

Cute place, well set up and maintained, other than the washer and dryer not working it was worth it. The cottage is not far from anything at Hampton, and I would consider staying here again.

Great House super Clean

Overall it was a good stay. We had some problems with the upstairs renters running in the house at 7:00 am and a very loud neighbor the last night who had to be asked to move his party. We did notice that there were not nearly enough towels for eight guests and while the property says eight it more comfortably fits seven. Also the WiFi was awful. Most of the time it didn’t work for more than 5 minutes.

Cute Beach house in great location

My family and I stayed in this cute apartment for a wedding. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped get us all setup. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Not only was the property great, it’s in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and bars! Off-site parking was a bit tricky but doable. Overall great experience and great host!

Perfect beach home

This beach house is just what our family needed. We outgrew the hotels in the area and decided look for a place that would accommodate us better. This beach home has been updated and fit our needs to a T. The house has a at the end of a quiet street and a quick walk to the beach. Don’t forget to catch the sunset at the end of the street.

Fantastic stay!!!

We had a blast! Everything was great! The only thing was the high tide reaches up to the house and we had motorcycles, which created some concern as far as the brake calipers and possibly flooding the bike. Other than that, everything was phenomenal! The host was communicative, we had plenty of linens, towels, etc. We will definitely rent again!

The cottage was clean and very short walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. The sofa bed is only suitable for 1 person and is a futon with a very firm, lumpy cushion. We used the other "couch" and freestanding cushions to enable 2 people to sleep comfortably-ish in the common room. The linens (sheets/towels) for the common room sleepers were not available when we arrived as they were still being washed/cleaned. Several electrical outlets in the common room did not work. Otherwise it was clean, nicely decorated and exactly as it appears in the photos. Parking is not available onsite without an owners tag. We parked in the Central parking lot about 3 blocks away. I messaged the owner about the misding linens but did not get a response. We happened to come across the cleaning lady when she was leaving and asked for the linens ourselves.

Place was clean and close to beach, a little hard to find as we arrived at night and the streets are small. Confused about the parking area as there are multiple no parking signs with different dates and times. Picture misleading

This property was very clean. The photo online isn’t the correct property listed. There are two condos in this location. The one in the picture isn’t the one that was rented to us. We were renting the downstairs one. There was some parking issues. At first we had two parking spots, then we didn’t have any. Then we had two again at the next house. The parking spot at the front door was taken by another person. The property was clean and neat.

The one picture you are referring to is just a picture of the whole building, the listing clearly states the porch is NOT included as that is another condo. As for parking 2 spots were provided we had to move the spots to our neighbors house due to Hampton not allowing non-residents to park on the street and one of our spots was partially on the street. The listing was changed immediately once this was implemented. We strive to make everyone's stay as best as possible, I am sorry the picture of them full building and having to park next door affected your stay. Don’t be tempted by the “catfish” photos

I’ll start of by saying I have been sucked into becoming a Hampton beach vacationer by my spouse’s family and over the years we have stayed in a few hotels and Harris rentals. As some may know they are not all the nicest, so by the photos of this place I was optimistic. DONT BE FOOLED!!! Asked for early check in was denied due to the cleaners needing time to clean the place, cool no problem never hurts to ask. So you would think when you show up you would not find hair and sand on the beds, gum on the baseboard and couch cushions , vapes along the couch, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, etc. so contact property management and no response, continue on with vacation we can clean up. We need to use the washer a few days in, about 5.00 later it goes into error and will not work, probably why the linens were not clean. Contact property management again no response at first, then when they do respond they apologize about missing the message and would like the photos. I asked for email or phone number to text them over and get no response. It was a complete nightmare trying to contact these people. Vrbo is not much help rectifying issues. Oh and you’ll have to pay for parking and walk to you vehicle every single time you need it. Better off somewhere else DONT STAY HERE!

Please think more than twice.

This section seems to be character limited so I will try and summarize although it will be hard. I have taken 2 weeks to think about this review b4 posting, as I am not someone who wants to be inaccurate. This property is quite decieving. The picture seems from another planet. I was on the bottom floor, however, the family on the top floor and I seemed to be on the same page regarding our disappointment. Most importantly, this area is NOT SAFE. I had to phone the local police 3 times about concerns. I was asked for drugs regularly by people on the street. The last time led to a man grabbing me and causing me a lot of concern. The house is on a street that is very run down. Houses are all falling apart and the end of the street "beach" is meerly full of garbage. There is NO parking and I had to pay daily. $50.00 per day despite the claim that there is a parking spot. Cost me 300.00 extra, The upper and lower units had minimal housewares. Had to buy a lot of them. Washer and Dryer are shared between both units and costs $2.00 each for a SMALL wash and dry. Laundry will cost you a great deal. In addition the washer and dryer only worked for one day and we waited for repaits until the end of our stay. The neighborihood is frightening after dark. I would say it is between Duck Dynasty and Mardi Gras. It is NOT a family vacation spot. I am a single mom and was with my kids. I tried to phone VRBO on the second night of my stay for safety concerns and I was on hold FOREVER and did not get through. Further, the internet in the rental wasn't working so I barracaded the door with furniture and went to sleep. If you are into constant motorocycles, tatooes, drugs and ongoing chaos, this is your place. If not, I would look into Seabrooke which is across the bridge from Hampton. I met a couple who grew up in Hampton and were marrired 50 years. They have moved, but come back once in a while. They were clear, they leave by 6 PM or they fear for their safety. I am writing this review because all the previous reviews were positive. I have to believe they were falsified. Nothing that was stated is accurate. Seek a vacation spot elsewhere. Also, the owner was intolerant that we checked out an hour late because my daughter was ill the night before we left. Largely because she was fearful.

Hi Lelsey, I am sorry your stay was not ideal and we did everything to help make it better and you were very rude about everything. As for being safe this is one of the quietest streets with very little foot / vehicle traffic. We followed up with the police the day after and they stated they never received a call regarding any complaints from "lelsey" or from Perkins ave. 2nd we have video surveillance on the outside of our home to help us and any renters feel safe and any property left outside is safe. During the time of your stay and the time you "allegedly" stated this happened right out front our home there is zero video evidence of this. The only video evidence was you outside the home / in the street smoking cigarettes at all hours of the night which leads us to belive you felt very safe to be outside at all hours. *Note we only go back and look at video surveillance if there is a issue that has been reported and we are trying to help our renters. As for parking it was clearly written in the listing there was no parking available this year. Due to a hampton parking ban for non residents this why no parking was offered. But we even offered to refund you money upon arrival to help pay your parking. You then asked if you could bring your dog instead which then we allowed you to bring your small dog and didnt provide you with any parking refund. *we don't allow pets but made a exception for you and WE were going to pay the cleaners a pet cleaning fee on top of the normal rate* The house has all the essentials one may need while staying and has everything that is listed in the description. If something is ever missing we do our best to have a new one there within a day. The coin operated laundry is also listed in the description and yes it was broken for a week and we did get it fixed but we had to wait for a company that deals with coin operated appliances. As for a checkout time you NEVER asked for a late checkout and our cleaners are on a schedule, you also refused to leave and then left 3 hours after the 11am checkout time when we had renters coming in @ 4pm. This cost us to pay our cleaners double to cover their time waiting. You left our condo a dump, broken fans and fixtures, food and trash all over the condo, furniture all over the place. We did everything in our power to help with your complaints all though other than the washer dryer almost all of your complaints were "falsified". All our reviews have to come from past renters which makes all of our reviews from legitimate guests. We CANNOT fake these reviews. We Thank you for choosing to stay with us but you will never be allowed to rent one of our properties again, as you left our place in disbelief, made multiple false accusations and you were incredibly rude.
