Location, location, location!!! You get the best of both worlds in this cute, little condo! You're both directly on the beach/ocean, and under a 5 min walk to the boardwalk! The unit contained everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony are extremely stunning. The owner was prompt with response to anything we needed! Bonus that the condo had family games and puzzles!Pack beach chairs/umbrella/tent-the sun can be brutal! You have a clear view of fireworks on the beach right from the balcony, a playground is a short 5 min walk as well as COUNTLESS eateries surrounding you!We enjoyed the hands on experience at oceanarium and we absolutely love whale watching on the Al Guron. This location and host were great!
