We were delighted with our stay at Rosemarie's property. The house was the perfect size for the 4 us - the roof deck was an ideal place for mornings and nighttimes, and the proximity to restaurants and walking streets made it easy. We'd be happy to stay there again, and highly recommend it.

Great Venice getaway

I enjoyed my stay in this comfortable house. Convenient location on a safe, quiet street in Venice, close to Abbot Kinney and a short walk to the beach. It was comfortable for an extended stay.

This place is a find!

Lovely freestanding home as you can see from the pictures. Comfortable, good location and responsive owner. Street parking readily available, easy access to freeways, close to Abbott Kinney and about a mile from the beach. Best of all are the outside spaces: beautiful and private front yard with furniture along with a lovely rooftop deck. This place is a find!

We loved this house, the responsive owner and terrific location. We were able to walk to all the fun and convenient amenities in the area. Nicely decorated and well equipped for basic cooking needs. 2 farmers markets nearby too.

Fantastic location

This is a well-equipped/maintained and charming property on a quiet street in a fantastic location. The area offers terrific walkability with easy access to Marina del Rey, Venice Beach, the picturesque Venice canals and the 'coolest street in the US", Abbott Kinney Blvd with its fabulous restaurant scene. A 5-star experience all around.

Peacefully quiet stay in LA

Needed a quiet place to unwind, relax and enjoy the privacy, this property not only fit the bill it has exceeded expectations and we forgot how to “wind” in order to “unwind”. Rosemarie is a spectacular host as is her assistant. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Venice Vacation Home

We had a terrific stay at Rosemarie and Birgit’s property. The house is as described. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Hosts were always kind and responsive. Property is close to the beach, Abbot Kinney and restaurants. We especially liked the proximity to the Martin Braude Bike Trail. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely love Rosemary's beautiful house. It's perfectly situated to everything super close to the beach. The street has plenty of parking and it's a nice wide street that's pretty quiet. If you have kids, there's a little playground behind the house. You can access very easily and it definitely keeps them entertained. The house itself is beautifully done. Well maintained. Had everything we needed, check-in was a breeze, and communicated throughout was easy. We are so sad to leave this beautiful home, especially the gorgeous rooftop. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and well appointed

We enjoyed making this property our home while visiting LA over the holidays. The place was quaint and very well stocked with everything one would need to cook. Rosemarie and her team were great to work with and were always available. The outside garden space was a wonderful oasis where one could read a book and recharge.

Perfect extended stay in Venice for the holidays.

We absolutely loved this house and this location. The house is incredibly comfortable, spacious and quiet and the location is safe and private. We had a great family Thanksgiving there with dessert up on the amazing rooftop deck. Rosemarie is very responsive and addressed any issues right away. I would highly recommend this to anyone and we are looking to coming back.

Beautiful Oasis

We stayed for 6 weeks and were sad to leave. This is a beautiful property where every detail has been thought through. The garden and top-side deck were favorite spots for us. Quiet, Beautiful Retreat in Venice Beach

The house is beautiful, comfortable and very quiet despite beings within easy walking distance of the heart of Venice Beach, the ocean and the charming Venice canals. The host is very welcoming, responsive and friendly. We especially loved sitting in the sun on the large and well-furnished roof deck. The parking is extremely easy and the neighborhood very safe and clean with lovely houses. I can't wait to return!

Pure Perfection

As this was our second stay at this wonderful property, we knew how perfect our stay would be. As soon as you walk through the gate and into the beautiful courtyard you begin to relax. The neighborhood is great for walking and exploring the great restaurants and shops on Abbott Kinney. After exploring all day, it’s nice to return to your home away from home and go up to the 3rd floor deck to enjoy a glass of wine, the sunset and begin planning your next day’s adventures.

Perfect family home, beautifully decorated in a prime location

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property which had a second bedroom for our kids when they visited. The house is as beautiful as the pictures show and the outdoor space is phenomenal, especially when you're trying to be with people outside, socially distanced. The rooftop is spectacular! The location in Venice can't be beat. It's a 5 minute walk to Abbot Kinney (great shops and restaurants) and the Venice Canals, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house as your home base when visiting LA!

Lovely Home on a Quiet Street

Rosemarie was the perfect host - very responsive, but not at all intrusive. The home is tucked away from busy Venice but still close enough to walk to markets, shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Venice Beach and Canals are an easy 15 minute walk away. The outdoor space (front garden and roof deck) are lovely and we spent a lot of time there. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a lot of light during the day. The large closets were great (and rare for a rental). The kitchen is adequately stocked for most cooking needs. My wife and I spent 5 weeks at the home and were very comfortable. Thank you Rosemarie.

Perfect home from home.

We loved our stay at your lovely home. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 grown up daughters). The house is situated on a lovely quiet street but literally only a few minutes walk to the stylish Abbot Kinney Boulevard which we loved both day and night. Parking outside the house was never an issue. It felt like a very safe residential area. Its only a few minutes drive to the beach too where there was always parking available too. The roof terrace was fabulous! Everything was spotlessly clean and the bedding was devine!! It makes such a difference when you don't have to worry about the cleanliness. Everything we needed was available. There was aircon too which wasn't always needed but very much appreciated when we did!! Rosemarie was extremely helpful when we required emergency dental work and went far and beyond what we expected. A huge thank you to her and her family. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.
