Grandby getaway
The only complaint we had was the way the checkin process worked. We had a hard time finding the passcode, but we were also dog tired from a long delay at the airport. The property management on site have nothing to do with this unit and not helpful in the least.
Overall the stay was nice, layout was not as picture. Two bedrooms share a sliding door so with mutiple coupkes it could be wierd

Glad you enjoyed your stay! The check in process is easy, we directly message the guest in the vrbo app a six digit door code several days before their stay. You enter the code at the door, press check mark button, then the door unlocks. That is the entire check in process. We highly recommend reviewing the instructions and writing down the code in advance of your arrival. The building staff is not our staff, they are mostly around to conduct routine maintenance, they are not hosts. There is a sliding door that can be opened or shut for privacy between two of the bedrooms.

There was plenty of sleeping areas for everyone. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. The shower in the master was extremely slippery. The bedroom attached to master had tripping hazzards like there was two holes in the floor. The one window crank was broken. There were stains on the walls. There was uncomfortable. The pictures were miss leading.
Beautiful property . It is further away from the lake than what we thought but still in a nice location. We were able to go hiking and mushroom picking behind the property along the trails. The apartment itself is gorgeous, spacious, and very clean. They have everything you need and more. The only negative it’s that there is more stairs to get to the apartment so get ready to carry your luggage. Also the front door does not lock from the inside ( can’t come in from the outside since it’s out locked ) so our toddler was able to escape out by just turning the knob. We had to block the doors with luggage because he was amazed that he can do that and through it was a fun game. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
Wonderful condo! We had such a great time and it was a perfect condo for our family of 6! I would’ve liked for there to be a lock on the inside of the door so that my adventurous and busy toddler couldn’t play with the door and go out easily. He kept wanting to open the door and go outside when we weren’t looking. Overall, great stay! Would go back again!
Clean and quiet but suffering from being handed from renter to renter, I think. Lights burned out, cupboard hanging off the hinge, dishwasher not working properly, a TV in every room, but we could only find one remote. A really great place, but needs a handyman to go through and tighten it up. Still worth the cost, just expect a few annoyances. Nicely outfitted kitchen for those planning on cooking like we did.
