Notes
- This newly remodeled condo has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bamboo cabinets, travertine shower in the master bath, all new furniture, AC units, and ceiling fans and bamboo blinds in every room. Kids will love the Tiki Bedroom with two twin beds. Enjoy sunsets on the Lanai as you look out onto the ocean. A variety of games are provided. Be sure to take advantage of the two pools and hot tubs on premises. One of the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling is just a quick walk across the golf course to Ulua Beach.

Spirit of Aloha
The property is lovely and well maintained. Perfect for our family get together. Communication with the property owners was easy and the home guide set out everything we needed to know. Mahalo!
Great location, condo needs attention
Wailea was a great location and very convenient to tour the island. The condo was decent, but in need of a deep cleaning. We noticed the window units in the bedrooms didn't seem to keep up, but that could've been because they all had a "filter change" light on. We also had roaches throughout our stay. The complex sprayed pesticides inside while we were there... that just seemed to make them more visible.
Check out was 10 am - earlier than others we've stayed in. We were locked out at 9:45 am. Luckily, we had all of our stuff and kids out.
Overall, the condo needs some attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
Jennifer: We appreciate the feedback. The roach situation unfortunately is something everyone on Maui has to deal with. We have the condo treated multiple times a year. When you do this, you cannot have guests in the condo for a few days in order to have a fighting chance of eradicating them for a period of time. That has since been done following your departure.
As for the checkout time, we do offer later checkouts if we can upon request. Given that our condo is booked more than 320 days a year on average, we have a number of back to backs that require our cleaning crew adequate time to clean the condo prior to the next guests arriving. We cannot explain why you would not have been able to get back in before 10AM, as we have never had that before. We have contacted the keyless lock company to make sure it does not happen again.

Beautiful Wailea property
Our family had an amazing time and we would love to stay at this vrbo again in the future! It was perfect for our group of 5 and is in an excellent location!
Perfect location, beautiful condo!
Beautiful condo, great location! So many extras! My 9th visit to the island and by far my favorite place to stay! Easy communication with the owner and they provided information on places to visit and helpful hints on getting around. Will definitely be staying again!
Nice Stay
This Wailea condo was SO nice for our family during our vacation. Jim was very receptive to the few inquiries I had during our stay along with sending a detailed email ahead of time including all information needed during our stay. (so nice!) The condo is stocked with lots of additional supplies like chiars, umbrellas and ice chests for your days at the beach and every room has an AC!!! Thank you for our nice stay in Maui
Fantastic lanai
Great value for the price, compared to other Maui options. Location in Wailea is great and less busy that Kihei or Lahaina. We spent a lot of time on the spacious lanai and one of the pools is only steps from the front door. Very easy to spot turtles on any of the nearby beaches and Wailea golf courses are superb.
