Meilleur vacance en Bretagne

It was the first time we were visiting Bretagne and we were very pleased with the beauty of the nature, the ocean and the welcoming warm hearted people. We were also very lucky to have found this house that was only 600m from the center of Morgat and the ocean. We spent a whole month in the clean comfortable bed-rooms, fully-equippped kitchen and the wonderful garden with its patio..I absolutely recommend this house to whoever wants to visit Crozon, Morgat and we will definitely go back.

Man hat gesehen, dass in den letzten Jahren in das Haus einiges investiert wurde. Wahrscheinlich liegt es an der Substanz des Hauses, dass in vielen Zimmer an Ecken und Wänden Schimmel zu sehen war. Entsprechend war auch in den ersten zwei, drei Tagen der Geruch. Nach dem wir das Haus bewohnt hatten und immer die Fenster offen gelassen hatten, war das Klima im Haus in Ordnung. Wir haben die Schimmelthematik einfach ausgeblendet und hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus und in der Umgebung. Bei einem Preis von über 4000,00 Euro für zwei Wochen ist die Schimmelproblematik aber eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.

Vor Ort wurde Kaution und Reinigungsgebühr verlangt

Die Lage ist super und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist schon recht alt und Fensterrahmen und Bäder etwas schimmelig. Vor Ort wurde eine zuvor nicht vereinbarte Reinigungsgebühr sowie eine Kaution verlangt. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große, sonnige Terasse mit genügend Schattenplätzchen war richtig toll.

Großes und geräumiges Haus mit allem was man zum Leben braucht, interessante Umgebung und top Infrastruktur, alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen, eine sehr nette Vermieterin mit problemloser Kommunikation, was will man mehr?

Maison très agréable et bien située a proximité de la plage du port et des commerces. Sejour agréable dans un cocon douillet qui nous a protégé de l'énorme tempête Ciaran.

Séjour 1 semaine en famille

Le séjour chez Florence et Nathalie fut agréable, la maison est propre, bien située et spacieuse avec de nombreux couchages, nous étions deux adultes et 3 enfants. la terrasse est sympa à vivre et suffisante pour pouvoir s'y relaxer. La ville de Morgat est parfaite pour découvrir la presqu'ile et les commerces et restaurants sont excellents. Excellent séjour, je conseille.
