Folly Breeze is a beautiful 4 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath home located a short drive from Folly pier and the heart of Folly, Center Street. Parking won’t be a problem when heading to the beach as the nearest beach access is a short 30 second walk from the main entrance of the home. Enjoy stunning views of the sunrise over the beach as well as enjoying the sunset later over the marsh from either the large rooftop deck or the screened in wrap around deck on the 2nd floor. The open layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen allows for a spacious place for all to spend quality time. The large windows complimented by multiple glass doors with access to the shaded lower deck provides exceptional natural light throughout the entire home. This is the perfect area for everyone to come back and unwind after a long day at the beach.

Folly Breeze

This house is amazing and met all of our beach needs. Great location to the beach as well as downtown. It had plenty of room for our group of friends and the yard was perfect for nice evenings out and grilling. Will definitely be back.

Perfect home for a family Fall Break

We stayed at this house for my daughter's Fall Break. It was the perfect set up for our family, grandparents, and an aunt and uncle to stay together but still have our own spaces. We loved the screened in porch and the crow's nest up top. It was also perfectly located next to the walk out beach access (we have a wagon loaded down with chairs, snacks, and toys!). I would gladly stay here again.

Serenity with Amazing Views

Great fenced-in property with amazing "picturesque" views of the ocean! This house was exactly as advertised and only steps away from the beach; and yet, it was very quiet and peaceful. My wife and I especially enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch with our kids/young adults every morning. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return in the future!

Exactly what we needed!

Wonderful home with amazing ocean views with perfect accommodations for everyone! In town for sons graduation and everyone had a blast…. especially the dog who got to enjoy family and beach days. Loved the screened in porch and fenced in yard. This home, location, amenities, and check in process definitely made this trip stress free and so relaxing. Will definitely be back!
