NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. COPS will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are NOT allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and fee will apply for additional guests.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Nice house

This is a cute house in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are some areas of the home that need some TLC and fixing (mostly flooring for safety reasons as we had a few people tripping over missing floor pieces) and the doors to the bathrooms would not stay closed even when locked. Otherwise it was a very nice and comfortable stay. Very easy check in/check out process.

False advertising!

THIS PLACE HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS! The flooring throughout was dangerous. We told them we had a baby ahead of time and he was unable to crawl because of the uneven flooring, large gaps that would cut him and catch clothes as well as raised vent covers. The couch broke when sat on. The kitchen chair back was not stable. We planned to relax and enjoy family time by playing games and watching NCAA tournament, but couldn’t do that because furniture was broken and not much seating. The management didn’t communicate in a timely manner and lied to us. We had to stay that first night and then our minimal refund was even less.

The properties couch was broken as well as a chair at the kitchen table - Our family of 4 had no where to sit together. There was only 1 small TV in the living room, and there was no seating for our family. The beds were very hard and not comfortable at all
