Welcome to your perfect beach retreat in beautiful Atlantic Beach, NC! This newly updated inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-row condo offers the ideal combination of convenience, and coastal charm—just steps from the sandy shores and sparkling Atlantic waters.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flows seamlessly into the kitchen.
Each of the two bedrooms is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, providing restful space for everyone in your group. The two full bathrooms are conveniently located and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests.
Step outside and enjoy the second-row location, which places you just steps from public beach access—no need to pack up the car or cross busy roads. Rinse off the salt and sand at the community outdoor shower, then relax with a cool drink in the back yard or unwind indoors in the air conditioning.
Whether you're here to soak up the sun, fish, surf, or simply unwind, this condo offers a fantastic home base. You're also just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore all that Atlantic Beach and the Crystal Coast have to offer.
Perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends, this condo delivers the essentials for a laid-back beach getaway with just the right touches of home.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.

-ONE PARKING SPOT in front, with ONE overflow parking spot in the back
-This unit is located on the bottom floor.

We loved the location of this property. Easy access to everything! The only issue was that we are a bottom unit and could hear steps above us. The good news is we didn’t hear it in the bedrooms. Otherwise clean, and perfect.

Clean , Adequate , close to public walkway.

Property is very clean. Living room and bathrooms are adequate. Kitchen is well stocked. Close to a public walkway. Bedrooms are small . There is no dishwasher or ice maker. The outside shower is shared with other tenants. Furniture is adequate but the sofa and leather chair were a little worn. We stayed in a downstairs unit, the family above us had 4 children and 3 adults. It was very noisy. We will rent again, but hope to book an upstairs unit.

Great location, great condo!

Check in was EASY as can be! Condo was clean and well furnished. 30 second walk to the beach and great front porch and chairs for sipping an evening cocktail. My kids loved the outdoor shower. At one point we had a minor parking issue, and the agency was incredibly responsive and handled everything. It was a great day!
