Relaxing stay in Sutivan.

After the crowds of Plitvice and Dubrovnik, we were so pleased to get a chance to relax in the beautiful town of Sutivan. Marijan house was interesting spacious and comfortable. Great location close to the water and restaurants. Our host was friendly and very helpful. Some streets in Sutivan are accessible by pedestrians only, so we needed to be guided by our host from the centre of town to the accessible roads, but it was definitely worth it. I totally recommend this stay!

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Haus und die Außenanlage ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist top und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man ist in einer Minute am Meer und an der Promenade von dem wunderschönen Ort.

Zázemí pro perfektní pobyt.

Ubytování splnilo naše vysoké nároky na komfort. Vzdálenost moře s menší, ale dobre vyuzitelnou pláží 50 metrů. Doporučil bych lépe popsat cestu k domu. V dané oblasti je mnoho ulic jen jako pěší zóny nebo jednosměrných.

Maison pleine de charme, idéalement située

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette maison pleine de charme et très bien équipée, située à 100 m de la plage et du petit port de Sutivan. Le jardin est luxuriant et calme. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette maison sans réserve !

This is not really an air conditioned house

Beware that only a small part of this house has air conditioning. This is important in summer in Croatia! Only two bedrooms are air conditioned. The main living area, the bathrooms, and the third bedroom downstairs have no AC. This hidden in the fine print but should be advertised much more clearly. We would not have rented this house at this price (more than 200 euro per night) if we had known.

Der Empfang war herzlich und die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Innenbereich ist stilvoll renoviert, ohne den alten Charm zu verlieren. Die Dachterasse mit Blick über die Dächer aufs Meer lädt ein, den Apéro vor dem Nachtessen zu geniessen.

Starobylý a pěkně rekonstruovaný dům. 3 opravdu velké ložnice, jídelna s moderni kuchyni. Vyhlídková terasa na střeše a rozlehlá zahrada s terasou v zeleni. K moři s pláží jen pár kroků, lidí ve městečku tak akorát.

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege

Mit Liebe sanierter Altbau inkl Erweiterungsneubau. Paßt sehr gut in die Altstadt. Kurze Wege zum Baden, Einkaufen Restaurants, Bars, Promenade. Enge Zufahrt ist kein Problem für sichere Autofahrer. Ab 5m Autolänge wird es anspruchsvoll.
