überhaupt nicht sauber

Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht für drei Nächte als Zwischenstopp unserer Reise. Dort angekommen mussten wir feststellen dass alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist, was generell aber kein Problem darstellt. Als wir uns unten auf die Couch setzen stellten wir direkt fest dass die Flecken aufwies und komplett sandig und dreckig war, Das schlimmste an der ganzen Geschichte war jedoch, (wir waren mit Kleinkind 6 Monate alt unterwegs) dass das Bett komplett voller Körperbehaarung war

In solchen Fällen steht unser lokales Team normalerweise bereit, um eine sofortige Nachreinigung zu organisieren – sofern dies während des Aufenthalts gemeldet wird. Die Couch wurde inzwischen erneut gereinigt und ist als Bett nutzbar.

Appartement à rafraichir,télé a mettre à jour,rideau salle de bain a changer. table trés vétuste.bouilloire entartrée.

Die ruhige Lage und die Aussicht direkt am Meer sind wunderschön. Zum Wohlfühlen haben uns die entsprechende Einrichtung und Ausstattung sowie die hygienischen Standards gefehlt.

Agréable

Situation agréable en bordure de mer. Cadre arboré. Idéale pour quelques jours. L'inconvénient est le canapé lit trop grand une fois déplié gênant le passage. Le coin cuisine peu fonctionnel. Legoutoir à vaisselles serait mieux à la place du micro-ondes. Manque un meuble fonctionnel pour mettre micro-ondes cafetière... Cependant il y a l'essentiel pour cuisiner c'est bien.

Appartement un peu vieillissant mais agréable. Très bien situé en bord de mer, vue magnifique sur la terrasse. Petite résidence avec jardin très bien entretenu, parking fermé et place attitrée à l'appartement. Séjour agréable. PS : le store de la terrasse est HS dommage !

Uniquement la vue... sinon à éviter

Appartement vieillissant et non entretenu . ( joints faïence salle de douche noires, rideau douche dégoûtant, table de terrasse et stores occultants terrasse en mauvais état). Pas de rangement. Escalier dangereux. Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait une cinquantaine de mouches vertes à l interieur . On a osé nous affirmer que le nettoyage avait été fait le jour même !!!

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de relever ces points avec nous. Nos collègues sur nous confirment que les magasins de la terrasse ont été changés il y a deux ans et fonctionnaient bien...Ils nous assurent de même que les joints de la douche et de la table de jardin seront remplacés dans les plus brefs délais.

Pour la vue exceptionnelle

Le cadre et la vue de cet appartement sont magnifiques. Mais l appartement n est pas bien entretenu( joints douche noires de moisissures et à l arrivée une cinquantaine de mouches vertes à l interieur. Table de jardin endommagé)et très peu de rangement. L escalier pour l accès mezzanine très inconfortable.

Le logement est très bien situé, la photo est conforme à la réalité. Logement très bien équipé. Endroit calme, terrasse bien ensoleillée, nous y sommes très bien. Seul bémol : nous avons trouvé que certaines tâches ménagères ont été bâclées ou oubliées : poussière par terre, couverture (plaid) sales, hotte collante, odeur de fromage dans le four... L'équipe d'Interhome Vaux-Sur-Mer est accueillante, arrangeante et disponible ! Merci !

Merci d'avoir relevé ces points avec nous. nos collèges sur place ont pris le soin de relaver les plaids et les hottes. L'équipe de ménage a été de même informé de vos remarques afin d'être davantage minutieux. N'oubliez pas que celle-ci peut toujours être renvoyée dans le logement si le nettoyage ne vous est pas convenable. Nous nous excusons de ces antécédents et espérons tout de même vous réaccueuilir!
