Beautiful apartment direct access beach

Apartment T2 30 m2 + balcony 5 m2 completely renovated in 2016 ideally located in small condominium composed of two separate buildings overlooking a park overlooking the beautiful beach of Platin. Direct access to the beach from the garden without crossing the road. The seaside resort of St Palais, on a human scale with its bars and restaurants on the beach, is 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bike through the bike path located at the entrance of the residence. To get there you can also take the customs path accessible directly from the residence.
Forest of the Coubre 5 minutes by car. Km of bike paths to walk along the coast and its many beaches (rentals in the city center and parking bikes possible in the basement of the residence.).
St Palais sur Mer offers many leisure activities: water sports course (sailing, surfing, kayaking ...) golf and equestrian center (5 minutes from the residence), cycling, yachting, the islands of Olérons, Aix, the lighthouse of Cordouan and many others, the villages of Talmont-sur-Gironde, Mornac-on-Seudre, Brouage, the point of Médoc and its large vineyards. 1 bed 140cm and 2 bunk beds 80 cm

very small Appartment

the apartment was described as suitable for up to four people. However, the apartment is only 33 square meters in size. There is a separate bedroom in the attic with a French double bed and two further folding beds (one above the other) which are attached to the wall. I had hoped that there would be a couch in the “living room” downstairs that could be used as a bed - the pictures in the ad suggest this. However, in the place of the couch, there is now a sofa that is not suitable for sleeping. The apartment is very close to the beach - however, due to the sharp stones in the water you cannot swim at low tide (and about two hours before and after) - if you do, you will injure yourself. The landlord described this in a folder in the apartment, but I only saw it afterwards.

Au plus prĂȘt des flots...

Nous avons louĂ© cet appartement 1 semaine Ă  NoĂ«l. Le descriptif est en total conformitĂ©. L'accueil de Sandrine, la Majordame, fĂ»t trĂšs chaleureux et efficace. Tout est organisĂ© pour un sĂ©jour impeccable. L'ocĂ©an et sa trĂšs jolie plage sont au pied de la rĂ©sidence. C'est un atout incroyable pour dĂ©marrer une belle balade le long du sentier des douaniers ou juste rester face OcĂ©an et admirer le paysage. Le centre ville est vraiment Ă  cotĂ©, 15 minutes Ă  pieds, en longeant l'OcĂ©an ou en passant par des rues aux maisons si Ă©lĂ©gantes et typiques de la rĂ©gion. Nous avons peu cuisinĂ©, mais tout est en quantitĂ© suffisante (vaisselles, couverts, verres etc...) pour se faciliter la vie. A disposition : le nĂ©cessaire pour dĂ©marrer un sĂ©jour sans se soucier des courses dans l'immĂ©diat, Ă  savoir les condiments, thĂ©, cafĂ© etc. La petite salle de bain a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien conçu, avec une machine Ă  laver. La chambre est accessible par un escalier, dotĂ© d'un grand lit bien confortable. Nous avons apportĂ© nos oreillers. Le plaisir du matin : admirer le ciel depuis le lit, grĂące Ă  la fenĂȘtre de toit. En tĂȘte de lit, une grande ouverture vitrĂ©e apporte la lumiĂšre naturelle de la grande baie vitrĂ©e du salon. L'espace salon, avec un canapĂ© douillet donnant sur une belle terrasse oĂč l'on peut voir l'OcĂ©an. La rĂ©sidence est propre et calme. Un parking public est juste Ă  l'entrĂ©e, assez grand pour ne pas se soucier du stationnement. Notre sĂ©jour fĂ»t formidable en tout point. Nous reviendrons c'est certain

Angenehme Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung in Saint Palais sur Mer ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemĂŒtlich und kuschelig. Es ist an alles gedacht. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ebenso. Zum Schlafzimmer gelangt man ĂŒber eine steile Treppe. Am besten reist man mit kleinem GepĂ€ck, denn die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt. Vom gerĂ€umigen Balkon aus hat man einen Blick aufs Meer. Der Sandstrand selbst liegt fußlĂ€ufig unmittelbar hinter dem Park. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Appartement conforme a la description. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Environnement calme avec une magnifique plage a quelques pas. Décoration sobre et soignee, idéale pour des vacances. Un seul bémol: un réel problÚme avec l évacuation de l eau dans le lavabo de la salle de bain.

Es lohnt sich!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Saint Palais sur Meer. Die Bilder geben dieses kleine und feine Appartment exakt wieder. Ideal fĂŒr 2 Personen. Toller Blick vom Balkon, direkter Zugang zum Strand und zur Fahrradtrasse. Nahe beim Ort mit verschiedenen Restaurants.
