This spacious condo is located on the top floor and offers views of the pool, golf course and peaks of the ocean. This captivating unit has been newly updated with furnishings and décor throughout! The sophisticated style with a feel of the islands makes this the perfect Hawaiian retreat.The living area is open and inviting! Offering a convertible sofa sleeper for additional sleeping, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for indoor/outdoor living. Relax with your favorite beverage on the large private lanai. There is seating for six and a grill for outdoor dining.The kitchen is exquisite and fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. The formal dining table offers seating for six and a great place to gather and conversate.The guest suite is located on the first level and is the perfect set with two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. Enjoy your favorite book in this cozy sitting nook with views of the West Maui mountains. The ensuite bath is complete with large vanity and shower. The primary suite is located on the second level. Complete with King bed, flat screen TV, writing desk, ceiling fan, and ensuite bath. Enjoy views looking our across Kaanapali.Full size washer/dryer allow for lighter packing. Central AC throughout make this condo comfortable year round.Kaanapali Royal features a pool, whirlpool, tennis courts, BBQ and picnic area, with secured and gated parking all located on 7 acres of beautifully manicured tropical grounds overlooking the golf course. Lahaina Town and famous Front Street are a 5 minute drive with waterfront dining and shopping. Napili and Kapalua are also within minutes by car with some of the best beaches, snorkeling, golf and fine dining.This unit is located on the top floor with no elevator access.

Tough critic here but I felt at home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was the best decision we could have made for our family vacation. The whole process of booking, to the day before arrival, our arrival, during our stay and the checkout procedures were flawless. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the things we’d have needed! We made a trip to the grocery store and we’re able to cook dinner and breakfast most days. The beds were comfy, the linens were clean, the bathrooms were clean and stocked with mini shampoos/conditioner (bring your own depending on duration of stay) the amenities within the community were great for the kids! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

very stingy company

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house was Cleary not cleaned recently two days after I got there I was sweeping the floor and I found two giant cockroaches apparently dead and dry and another thing that I did not like is that they only so stingy they only provide 4 tide pads for the laundry obviously they are not enough for a stay of 7 days and 7 nights, and besides they ask you to help them with the laundry before checking out, trash bags are not enough for 7 days , obviously after finding cockroaches you want to keep the space clean but it's almost impossible because you don't have enough trash bags, (I have to called and request for more) besides, they have a lot of parking before entering the apartment complex but obviously they take advantage of the tourist and make you pay for parking even though they have a lot of unused parking

Loved the condo

This property was beautiful and clean. The outdoor space was lovely and it overlooked the pool. If you're looking for a quiet complex without all the craziness of the main strip, this is your place. Location is great. It was a short walk to Whalers Village, although uphill on the way back. We made the mistake of driving down and parking the first night prices were not listed but it ended up costing $40 to park there for dinner so just be aware. Our teens were hoping for more kids their ages around which was the only downfall but they got over it.
