Enjoy sitting on the porch at this great location with ocean views south of quaint downtown Topsail Beach! Your family and canine companions, are surely gonna love the beachy feel. Three bedrooms are provided for your coastal relaxation, while a covered porch and open deck as well as a fenced in yard area only add to the outdoor fun of the home! There are two nearby public beach accesses - Smith Ave with parking and Darden Ave with parking and handicap parking/ramp access to the beach!
