Enjoy the beautiful newly renovated Hale Nalu Hawaii unit. This spacious 1-bedroom is over 1,100 square feet of living area with a large kitchen/dining room, spacious bedroom and central room for movies and lounging. We're less than a 1 minute to the kid friendly beach with tide pools and gorgeous blue green water. We have three brand new split ACs in each room, 2 large TVs, new furnishings, bedding, washer/dryer, dishwasher and decor.

Beautiful home and very comfortable

Kim is a wonderful host. Skip the resort as Kim offers so many add ons for an amazing vacation! The home is beautiful and very comfortable to stay in.

Perfect

We stayed a month in December. Perfect space & location. Son and his girlfriend came for a week. Our daughter who goes to Hawaii Pacific University stayed with us the entire time while on winter break. Kim was very responsive to all communications before and during our stay. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a long stay beach vacation. Location is perfect for everything we wanted to do and see from Lanikai Beach to the Northshore which was everything! Of course a month was enough time to explore the entire rest of the Island too.

Nice Place to stay

Good location near a supermarket/drug store and less than a block from the beach. Owners were vey helpful and responsive to any question. The condo was fully furnished and cozy. I recommend staying there.

I am local girl, born and raised on Oahu and Maui. Two of my fave islands. Kauai a close third, which I also lived on for a, "spell." I worked for a PI for six year, then managed an environmental construction company for over 16 years. I currently operate three LLCs, take care of a large extended family as well as the GM for a food truck located across the street from the property. I reside in both Colorado and Hawaii.

Why they chose this property

I am offering a special rate since it's a new unit. However, this is not my first rodeo. I have a lavish mountain home in the Colorado Rockies that has been in business since 2015. Check it out. We have five star reviews. Yes, we need better photos. I am working on it lol. :)

The property itself is part of a large compound that the owner has rented to a family member, who runs the food truck across the highway.
Across the street from Tamura's Market, Longs/CVS, the Post Office, Restaurants, After hours store and then Laie, Polynesian Cultural Center, Kahuku and the North Shore are right around the corner.
We have the best hiking trails near us (Hauula, Laie, Kahuku), dirt bike trails and so much more.
Fishing, SUP, nearby surf lessons
Waikiki (I have famous surfer contacts who run the beach)
The list goes on.
We also feed our guests from time to time as long there are no food allergies to be aware of. We do cook clean.
