Perfectly appointed beach view condo on Hilton Head's prime beach. We provide two beach chairs, bikes and beach towels. Everything you need is here! Everything just got a fresh coat of paint 2/2025. This villa also has central air.
Just steps to the ocean and walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery and entertainment. Direct beach access on the property and walking distance to Hilton Head's new Celebration Park.

This villa features a new Queen mattress set that is very comfortable, new sleeper sofa and bunks for the kids. Best suited for a family of four. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Really nice place to stay for a week. Exactly as expected compared to the website listing. Right on the beach which was a huge plus. The provided bicycles were in great condition and fun to explore with. Would absolutely stay here again

One of the best things about this property is the location! It is so close to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. There is a crosswalk to the bike trail across the street. While cozy in size, the villa had everything we needed to make some meals, sleep, and relax. The pool is so clean as well. Kendall was responsive to all my questions.

The location of this condo is perfect! We loved being walking distance or bike riding distance to Coligny Plaza and just steps away from the beach. The bikes provided were awesome and we used every day.The “twin” bunk beds seem a little smaller than a twin, but are perfect for small children. My 11 year-old was almost too big for it, but he fit ok. The other bed was very comfortable. After staying on the other side of the island previously, we really enjoyed being at the Seaside Villas and the old definitely come back!

You cannot beat this location. My husband and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway and this property was everything we hoped for. Right on beach and close to shops and restaurants. The villa was clean and host did a great job at communicating. We will definitely book again.

The host was very responsive. The bed was very comfortable. The walkTo the beach was easy and very close. We enjoyed the pool. Being memorialDay weekend, the beach was very crowded, but fun to watch all the children play. We went in a dolphin tour. Had a relaxing time.

This place was great for our quick stop in Hilton Head as we were traveling back home from Ohio to FL. We’ve vacationed in HHI many years. Great location right on the beach. Close to Caligony Circle and shops. Not far from Harbor town & the lighthouse. Could see ocean from our balcony. Room had everything we needed. Clean, easy check in with no issues. Pool was nice. We didn’t need to reach out during our 2 night stay however Kendall was communicative leading up to our stay with all the info needed, checking in to ensure all was good and upon check out. Would recommend and we’d plan to stay again for a longer stay. Only thing wanted to note in case helps others, is the bunks are small so if traveling with older bigger kids likely won’t fit but there was the pull out couch. The description for property did indicate that, I just glanced over that part with our reservation. But it wasn’t an issue for our stay. Overall great place!
