Although the entire home is lifted, you will have the convenience of an elevator or stairs. The entire home is wrapped in a porch that is partially enclosed on one side, making a nice place to kick back and read a book and enjoy a drink. The entire area under the home is concrete, and allows for a great cookout and gathering spot. There is even your own fish cleaning station, for prepping your catch after a day on the water.

Last minute getaway

The entire place was perfect for us. Boat ramp very close. Very rural and layed back. The Swannee is beautiful.
