Ground floor: open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven), living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 and flat screen TV, separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), bathroom with sloping ceilings. Utility room with washing machine. Electric heating at extra charge. Sheets, towels and housecleaning included. Located 20 km away from Rouen in the hills above the village (amazing view over the village) in a quiet setting, this holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, comprises a private terrace and a 300 m² unenclosed garden. On site, many shops and services on the edge of the Andelle, Héronchelles and Crevon Valleys.
