About this property

Quiet villa with its jacuzzi located between the city of Carcassonne and the beach.

The cottage is fully equipped, as it’s our primary residence. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy a wonderful day with the family: bikes, a barbecue,
A wooden cabin with a loft at the back of the garden—the kids will love it. And, of course, there’s an outdoor hot tub.
In the village, there’s a great restaurant, L’Art et Gourmand, serving local and homemade dishes, including the famous “pâtes cabanes de douzens,” as well as numerous wineries where you can taste excellent wine.
An Intermarché supermarket is 3 km away, with a petrol station...
A McDonald’s is also 3 km away...
The village market is held every Wednesday in the summer; otherwise, there are markets in the surrounding villages as well....
There are many great places for hiking accessible from the accommodation.
Carcassonne, with its must-see historic citadel, is a 20-minute drive away, and Narbonne is 30 minutes away.
The village of Lagrasse is just 25 minutes away—one of the most beautiful villages in France...
Lake Jouarre is 20 minutes away... with plenty of activities for kids....
There’s plenty to do—feel free to ask for more information.
