The villa features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen/dining area, and a living room. 20 meters behind the villa, you’ll find the fully equipped studio, a heated swimming pool, a charming terrace, and a summer kitchen with breath-taking views of the vineyards—perfect for enjoying a good glass of local rosé. Ideal for long summer evenings.
The villa and studio are always rented together and accommodate up to 6 people. Both the villa and the studio are fully equipped with televisions and air conditioning. They are comfortably furnished and located on a large garden with flowers, trees and wild Mediterranean vegetation.
A bakery, post office, restaurant, and bar can be found in the nearby village of Moux. Just a 10-minute drive away, the town of Lézignan-Corbières offers supermarkets, various shops, and a large traditional market every Wednesday. There are plenty of places to explore nearby (on foot or by bike), and the beach is only a 50-minute drive away.

Après une arrivée facilité par l'accueil du propriétaire, nous avons pris possession des lieux d'une propreté irréprochable.Le lieu est tres bien situé, au calme avec un paysage magnifique.Accessibilité simplifiée par les autoroutes proches.Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif car nous a rapporté une plancha électrique étant donnée l'interdiction de faire un barbecue. Ce qui a rendu notre séjour parfait autour de la piscine.Nous recommandons cette adresse vivement.Nous remercions grandement le propriétaire de l'Oustelet.
