Lovely apartment! Does have stairs and a tiny elevator
This was a wonderful apartment for our weekend in Barcelona. The neighborhood is easily walkable to the Ramblas in 15 to 20 minutes, feels safe. The reception desk is open much of the day and the lady there, Maria, was very kind and helpful. I was a bit confused on how to use the digital keys (It is simple, but I was a first time user). I asked a few questions about that before I arrived, and the answers came back to me patiently, quickly, and effectively. Having two bathrooms, albeit bh are small city bathrooms, was really nice for us having three ladies in the apartment for the weekend.
If one was a plus size or had mobility issues with stairs, this might not work as well for you. For us, it was lovely
