We are pleased to offer this charming house, ideally located on a quiet residential street, just 200 m from the beach and one of the most beautiful golf courses on the Côte Fleurie. For your comfort, we have earned a 4-star furnished holiday rental rating.
On the ground floor, the light-filled living area—over 35 m²—opens wide onto the enclosed garden (complete with patio furniture and a dining area). The kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable living area invites you to relax (Wi-Fi, multiple TV channels, and radio). You’ll also find a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a shower room, a toilet, and a laundry area (washer-dryer). The entire ground floor is accessible to guests with limited mobility.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and one with two 90x200 beds), one of which is over 20 m² and features a dedicated workspace for remote work.
A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The house and all its appliances (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc.) are brand new. We’ve also made sure to provide the beds with new, high-quality bedding. Bedding and towels will be provided (the beds will be made upon your arrival).
For babies, we can provide, if needed, a travel cot, a reclining high chair, a safety gate, a booster seat, etc.
Four adult bicycles are also available for free use.
Coffee, tea, and treats will be available to welcome you.
The centre of Cabourg and the Thalasso spa are within walking distance via the Marcel Proust promenade along the waterfront.
Children will find a wide variety of activities nearby (Varaville, Cabourg, Houlgate): beach clubs (Varaville, Cabourg), the Home Varaville pony club, rock climbing and archery (Croquant, Houlgate), sailing and sand yachting (Cabourg), the nature centre (Sallanelle), a tree-top adventure course (Cabourg)… not to mention the beach and swimming.
Adults can enjoy the Varaville Golf Course (one of Normandy’s oldest golf courses, with hole No. 16 facing the sea), located 200 m from the house, and the Cabourg Public Golf Course (9 holes). The Cabourg Thalassotherapy Centre is accessible via the Marcel Proust Promenade, as is city centre Cabourg and its many attractions (20-minute walk, 8-minute bike ride).
There are plenty of places to explore, whether heading towards our beautiful city of Caen—with its pedestrian streets and castle—or into the Pays d’Auge (Beuvron-en-Auge, Cambremer…), in Suisse Normande (the French’s favourite GR trail), or along our magnificent Côte Fleurie, with its hiking trails and bike paths.
The D-Day beaches are a 30-minute drive away, and Mont Saint-Michel is 1 hour away.
