Great place for a family get together, close to La Jolla shores and restaurants. Quiet location and beautiful backyard. The pack and plays for the kids were perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to do some cooking. Split layout of the house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one side of the house; the fourth bedroom is on the other side, off the kitchen/laundry area. Views from the dining room of the ocean and plenty of screened windows to open to catch the breeze. Rooms with mini-splits and ceiling fans kept things cool.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and yard.All amenities as described. Close enough to beach, harbor and university to be convenient and yet out of the way enough to avoid the day’s hustle.

The Ranch in La Jolla is absolutely amazing! Family was in SD for my son's college graduation. The ranch style layout was perfect to accommodate 4 generations from great grandma to toddlers, no stairs, just one level of epic space and plenty of room. Troy was super to communicate with the entire trip and offered perfect local recommendations. Parking was great on the premise as well as on the street if necessary, never an issue. The area is gorgeous and you can see the ocean from the living room while having your meals. We'll definitely be returning!

Great experience at this ranch style house. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. The backyard was dog safe. It was about a mile walk to La Jolla Shores beach. We had so much fun.

Family Stay in San Diego

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is very private, with a beautiful backyard that was great for the kids. The house is spacious and optimally located near La Joya. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful relaxing time and enjoyed the house and the beautiful backyard. This is the second time we stayed in the house and the location is centrally located to the beach and other points of interest.

Great stay in this spacious home that makes it easy to be together or find a nook to read by yourself. The backyard feels like a private retreat with mature greenery and a comfortable atmosphere. Looking forward to future stays here!

This house served our multigenerational family well for our vacation. There was plenty of space to sleep and spread out. We utilized the large closet in the primary bedroom for our toddlers pack and play, which was a great sleeping setup for us. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard. The kitchen had all we need to prepare food (including a birthday cake!) the hosts were very responsive when we needed to communicate with them with questions about equipment and appliances. Great stay!

Fantastic hideaway

Beautiful, eclectic property in a great location. The house has a ton of character that my wife and I would have loved alone, but also appealed to our kids. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Lovely home furnished with lovely antiques. Great location. Attention to detail with amenities galore. Had family stay with us. 6 adults and 2 kids, 1dog. Enjoyed family dinner each night in dining room. Made for a great holiday get away. Even has a doggie door. Hosts were quick to respond. Easy check in and check out.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. House was exactly as described in the listing and worked perfectly for our family group. A 3 night quiet/relaxing place to celebrate my mother 80th birthday is what she was looking for.. and we found it. Susan home is beautiful and clean. Wasn’t difficult to find and enter. The huge window in living room with fireplace and view from patio is so relaxing at night. The home is very spacious and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It fits perfectly for families/friends and a pet. The doggy door was a plus.
