Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in this beautifully restored, stand-alone beach cottage, built in 1911. It has all the charm of its age coupled with modern conveniences such as portable AC units, washer & dryer, TV and wifi. A charming front yard filled with flowers and a white picket fence greet you, and a cozy front porch is a delightful place to enjoy the ocean breeze. The private backyard features a gas BBQ, garden patio and a secluded hot tub. Situated just minutes from La Jolla Village, La Jolla Cove and Bird Rock, there are many wonderful dining options and family activities at your doorstep. Sea World and the San Diego Zoo are a 20-minute drive. Best of all, the world famous Windansea Beach is just steps away!

Wonderful

Fantastic cottage just a block from the ocean. Everything from description was accurate. Clean and well stocked. Property management is very responsive to any request or need. Wonderful location in close proximity to village, shops, and dining.

Cute beach bungalow

Very cute 1910s beach bungalow. Perfect location to Windansea; kids loved watching the surfers. Communication with Crystal was easy and she responded quickly to any questions.

Perfect Summer Home

This home is charming and was perfect for our summer vacation! The property grounds are beautiful! The beds we’re comfortable as well as the general furniture. The communication with Crystal was outstanding! Crystal even replaced the Keurig for us the same day. There were extras such as bottled water, wine and beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, chair), which I thought was very nice! The home is VERY close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this beautiful historic home again!

Beautiful gardens

Our family, three generations of love and fun, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little 1911 beach bungalow. The yards have fantastic flower gardens! Communication with hostess immediately responded to our inquiries. Would definitely stay again.
