The beautiful Villa with a living area of 130 sq. m. consists of living room with LCD TV, Radio/CD Surround System open to the dining area and to the well equipped kitchen with fridge, dish washer, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc. The open plan living room creates a lovely feeling of living. French doors lead to the covered terrace, the garden and to the swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace. There are 2 elegant bedrooms with double beds and 1 further bedroom for 2 adults or up to 4 children with a single pull-out bed and a smaller double bed, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). The villa leaves no wishes unfulfilled, whether washing machine, air conditioning (costs are included), floor heating, a relaxing and comfortable stay is guaranteed.
