Nice clean home in great location

Stayed in this nice house for a couple nights while in town for an event at SCRA dragstrip. The house was clean and the AC worked great even during a heat wave. Great location that is walking distance to restaurants and the house was very clean and well updated.

2nd floor accessibility

Stairs to the second floor were dangerous for our age group(65-75). Had to take hvy suitcases outside and up the outside. The secondary toilet was situated such that it was not private. The hide-a-bed which had to be used because of the stairs had dog bones and not clean. It was also quiet old it tilted towards the couch back. The lighting needed some TLC. Overall the property was nice and well maintained, the amenities were nice and spot on. Having the washer/dryer, was wonderful. Easy access to stores, restaurants, etc.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Some of the issues you had could have been resolved with a phone call or text to us. We have tried to portray the stairs as we can through the pictures in the listing. Toilet Room - We didn't build the house and we dislike that it is between the laundry room and bedroom. It is a private room. Lighting - we do replace light bulbs between stays. Since we never know when one will go out, we keep extra ones in the laundry room for situations such as yours. Couch hide-a-bed - we let our cleaning crew know and reminded them to check and clean this between visits. We also stay at the property and had no issues with the couch pull-out tilting. I am not sure what you mean by the couch is old. It is 2 years old and still in great condition. We greatly appreciate your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay.
