Home away from home

Our flight was delayed but Jennifer met us at a later time to get the keys.The apartment was perfect for us and having stayed in Palm mar last year we knew our way around. The garage was great as could use the lift to bring up our luggage etc.Apartment was very clean and had everything needed to cook meals. Large Tv was great- no English channels but we had taken a fire stick so plenty to watch in the evening.The outdoor area was a real sun trap in the afternoon and the corner seating area very comfortable.Would love to stay again but unfortunately already booked for January next year. Thanks Chantal

Schade

Zuerst möchte ich einmal den großen Gemeinschaftspool sowie die gesamte Anlage hervor heben und der große Fernseher mit vielen internationalen Programmen. Auch das man für sein Auto einen privaten Tiefgaragenstellplatz hat. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Der zuständige Mann der uns die Schlüssel übergab war freundlich und meinte wenn es ein Problem gäbe sollen wir uns melden. Weil ich von Beruf Fliesenleger bin sah ich sofort das die geflieste Wand im Schlafzimmer wo das Kopfteil des Bettes steht defekt ist. Sehr viele Fliesen waren lose und können jederzeit abfallen. Für das verkleben der Fliesen wurde vermutlich der falsche Kleber verwendet. Darauf hin haben wir uns bei dem Verwalter gemeldet und er meinte er könne heute nicht mehr kommen aber am nächsten Tag gegen 11.00 Uhr. Gekommen ist niemand und gemeldet hat er sich bis zu unserer Abreise auch nicht mehr! Die Küche ist ziemlich veraltet und im Wohnzimmer rieselt der Salpeter von den Wänden. Im Badebereich hat es Schwarzschimmel in den Fliesenfugen und es lagen viele lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden. Da wir mindestens 4x im Jahr nach Teneriffa kommen dachten wir endlich ein schönes Appartement gefunden zu haben wo Haustiere erlaubt sind, aber unter diesen Umständen müssen wir wohl weiter suchen. Schade
