A luxurious place for two.

The Annexe is a luxurious space to share for two. For your pleasure and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as a sun terrace with deckchairs. A parking space is available directly next to the entrance.
On the ground floor is the main room, the kitchen and the shower room. In the living room there is 1 sofa, 1 armchair, and a sofa bed 160, for your comfort. A radio with bluetooth speaker, a selection of books and toys. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an electric espresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a set of kitchen utensils and dishes. In the shower room there is an Italian shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and 2 heated towel rails, (heated in winter). On the mezzanine is a large 160 x 200 bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps with USB port, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and a hair dryer.

I will be there to meet my guests. I live next door to the barn, so if necessary I am available to answer your questions and help.
I speak English and French.

I don't serve breakfast but I provide some products (coffee, tea, toast, jam, eggs, butter, milk, sugar and honey). There will also be everyday products (vegetable oil, olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar.

Heating package in addition to be paid on site, (12€/day). Central heating with radiators.

Very comfortable luxury rental in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Natural Park, (gîte accrediting values park 2024). Located between Figeac and Cahors, near Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie and Sarlat. A region known for heritage, gastronomy, its markets and flea markets.
