I would love to give this property 0 stars! she cancelled on us 45 minutes before check in! for absolutely no reason. she said non compliance with house rules and told VRBO it was because we did not acknowledge the rules. we signed off on the rules when we booked the property and she sent me an email confirming the rules but did not ask us to respond. Apparently my 56 year old self in town for TWO days on business and my 20 year old nephew that I brought to see the new Highpoint Climbing gym were planning on throwing a WILD party! Thank god for VRBO customer service who refunded our money immediately and are also reimbursing us for our two hotel rooms that we had to book on the fly! Thank god for mariott and thousands of rooms in the orlando area! But stay away from this property- it absolutely was shocking to pull up at a gate at orlando int. and realize you are homeless for absolutely no reason!

Hosting guests vacations to be memorable is as important as matching the perfect house, a favorable location, accommodating the necessary guest count and in this case amenities such as the pool, requires an agreement to the House Rules. Unfortunately, after 3 written attempts to ensure Compliance and Safety, we were unable to meet this booking.
Hope you enjoyed Orlando!
