Sur-réservation

Arrivés à 18h pour apprendre que le logement était déjà loué alors que le prélèvement avait été fait. Les hôtes concernés nous ont mis en relation avec le propriétaire qui nous a dit avoir tenté en vain de nous contacter en raison de mauvaises informations sur le site Abritel. Abritel ne prétend pas encore rembourser le montant de l'assurance, qui ne sert apparemment à rien puisqu'ils faut appeler à l'étranger pour poursuivre la procédure
