Perfect holiday home!

Located in a quiet neighborhood you find this beautiful holiday home. It has everything you could wish for, and everything is very clean. The swimmingpool and canopy are great. The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is very complete. The owners make you feel very welcome. We had a great time here!!

Wonderful Stay

The home provided a wonderful stay for our family of four. Coudoux is a small, quaint community that was perfect as a central location in exploring the Provence region. Our children took advantage of the pool. We took advantage of the comfort of the home and accessibility to everything we needed close by (restaurants, groceries, etc.), as well as day trips to Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Pont du Gard, and Nîmes. The owners were very welcoming and excited to share their home with us. Thank you!

nice villa but Coudoux too quiet

Overall a nice villa but owners are a little intrusive on personal space. As they live there a lot of the year themselves they over-own things. Our late arrival meant listening to an hour of detailed describing things at 2am - print a list and leave a key in a security box like other villas. Electric kept going off last few days of holiday and the AC overloading circuit board being on was blamed. To get it ‘fixed’ meant waiting on owner to come with over an hour drive away as trip switch in a locked garage. Last two days they switched the total AC system off completely without telling us so last fee days too hot to sleep - owners solution suggestion was to open windows at night - mosquito invasion so don’t think so. When visiting the owners need to respect the guest’s privacy more and not suggest locking up when we left fir the day - our plans were disrupted due to the power cuts. The pool also turned green several times during our stay and we had to alert them to this - hire a pool maintenance person is a good suggestion!Leaving the property- they arrive for a contents check at 9am, 1 hour before check out - suggest doing this after guests leave as that is time ate ip we don’t want to pay for thank you. Overall, villa is nice but Coudoux village is too isolated and effectively dead with rarely open shops and cafes.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette maison très agréable et parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup profité de l'extérieur soigné, de la piscine, de la terrasse où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas, tout cela dans un environnement très calme. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très disponibles et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison !

Sehr schönes Haus in schönem kleinen Ort

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend der kleinen Ortschaft, in der Lebensmittel für den Grundbedarf eingekauft werden können. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ca. 4 km entfernt im Nachbarort. Das Haus selbst entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet für 6 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer sind nahezu gleich groß und mit zahlreichen Schränken und Kommoden ausgestattet. Vor allem der Garten mit Pool bietet zahlreiche Sitz- und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Alles top: 5 Sterne!

Fantastische woning met alles erop en eraan. Voorzien van alle comfort en prima bedden! Eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Fine house, short a few items.

House and pool all fine. Improvements would be supplying towels [which Rene did after his wife stated that towels would not be supplied], only coffee maker a cartridge type with only 4 cartridges [we purchased and left a French press coffee maker], only 2 rolls of toilet paper [we purchased and left 5 rolls of toilet paper], floor of shower is very slippery [floor would benefit from shower mat or safety stickers]. This all said, the kitchen was otherwise well stocked and the house was very clean.

Excellent stay, great holiday home

We have enjoyed part of our summer vacation 2021 in this holiday home. The best part, I must say. The house was absolutely clean, with 3 large bedrooms it is very, very spacious. There is a nice green garden and a much-welcomed pool. All rooms are comfortably air conditioned. The town of Coudoux is quiet and offers a few stores and restaurants. In 15 minutes you find the Geant Casino hypermarket of Aix en Provence. This offers 350kw super chargers for your Electric Vehicle as well, very convenient. The destination charger in town was not available yet. Ask your host for tips what to experience and visit in the environment. A great stay, I would recommend to friends.
