House in the heart of Périgord Noir

🏡 Charming cottage in local stone for 6 people, nestled on a hectare of greenery on the edge of marked paths (30 minutes walk by small paths from Sainte-Alvère) and watched over by a majestic bicentennial oak: a haven of peace for a relaxing holiday. Ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, it offers quick access to amenities (10 minutes from Le Bugue, Le Bournat Park and the Aquarium) and is only 20-30 minutes from the many castles in the region.

Completely renovated at the end of 2022, this modern and warm house invites you to a quiet and relaxing stay.

- two with 2 modular beds (can be combined into a 160/200)
One with a 140/200 bed.

Many equipment are available such as a gas plancha, a ping-pong table, deckchairs, parasols, badminton rackets...

Sheets and household linen are provided; all you have to do is bring your own towels. The swimming pool is open from June to September. 🧘🏽‍♀️ In addition to enjoying cosy accommodation, we offer optional relaxing massages and body treatments directly on site, carried out by a professional. A real interlude of well-being during your stay (by reservation only).
