It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². Wi-Fi, Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:

- Room 3 : two single beds
- A shower room with shower cabin, WC

- A beautiful garden of 800 m² partially closed.
- A 20m² terrace, facing North-West, with a garden table and 6 chairs on the terrace.

This country house is close to the Forest of Broceliande and very close to the town of Josselin with its magnificent castle. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

The house is located in a quiet, secluded area in a typical Breton village (Fossac), surrounded by stone houses. The neighborhood is very discreet, friendly and helpful. The village of Fossac is very close to the supermarkets. In Josselin, on the edge of the expressway, you will find a Super U and Leclerc supermarkets and all the local shops and services (bakeries, delicatessens, restaurants and bars, post office, banks, a market every Saturday with a wide range of local products).

Activities :
The location of the house will allow you to enjoy both green and maritime tourism. At 20 min from the forest of Brocéliance, you will be able to discover this place rich of landscapes and legends. A children's amusement park is located there. The first beaches are 45 minutes away and have a very wild character. You can enjoy the town of Josselin and its famous castle located 5 minutes away by car. The town of Josselin borders the famous Canal de Nantes à Brest with its towpath, ideal for family cycling (rental possible on site). You can also rent barges to navigate and discover the river.
The visit of the city of Vannes (40 min) and its splendid ramparts in the city center.
You can go to discover one of the most French villages (Rochefort en Terre) located at 35 min for its beautiful paved streets, its old shops and its rocky promontory where the castle culminates.

Nearby events :
On July 14 in Josselin is organized a medieval festival, more than 500 people go back to the Middle Ages. A magnificent fireworks display is also organized in the evening at the foot of the castle along the Nantes-Brest canal.
Spending your vacations in Brittany is also the opportunity to participate in the Interceltic festival of Lorient (end of July-beginning of August) at 1H by car.
Also, the festival of Arvor organized every year in the city of Vannes around August 15th celebrates the Breton traditions (crafts, dances, concerts, gastronomy). For 4 days, live Breizh style.

Transportation:
- A private parking is in front of the house and gives access directly to the front door. Possibility of parking 3 SUV type vehicles.
- The house is easily accessible by car from the RN 24 from Rennes (5 min by car after the exit of Josselin-center).
- The nearest TGV stations are Rennes (45 min) and Vannes (35-40 min).

- The garden overlooks the road and is located behind the house.
- The access to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms are located is by a slightly steep but secure staircase (railing on the right and wall on the left).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
