Very nice apartment of 100m² completely renovated, quality services. On the roof terrace. In a small building (12 co-owners), 2 floors with elevator and disabled access. You can enjoy the terrace sitting in the garden furniture. An awning to protect against the sun.
The apartment is located in the residential area of Boulouris, 300m from the Corniche d'Or road. Beautiful beaches (Pescade beach, Péguière beach) 10 minutes walk. Leclerc shopping center 2 km away, 5 km from the main Agay beach.
