"White Sands" is the perfect beachfront townhome. This gorgeous Gulf front vacation home is located on its own private beach with security and is close to all of Destin's best attractions. Just minutes from Crab Trap, Camille's, and the Back Porch!

Lounge in multiple living/sitting areas throughout our home overlooking the magnificent Emerald Waters. ...We are not afraid of NEW, everything in our home is NEW! To keep you cool, we just installed are two New A/C's with Hospital grade air scrubbers. To keep you fed, on our main floor, we just designed and built a brand New culinary kitchen, with fabulous appliances and well-stocked cooking accoutrements. Enjoy your meals inside overlooking the ocean in either of the two ample size dining areas, or outside on one of our Gulf front balconies. While thinking of you, we just installed a New large capacity washer and dryer in the laundry.

Sleeping arrangements: Please understand, Destin mandates we can sleep a maximum of 14 people per night. If we exceed 14 people, we could lose our vacation rental license, so it is very important our guests comply. Back to te good stuff, we have 6 bedrooms, all of which have TV's. There are 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The 3rd floor master suite is a Gulf front Oasis for Relaxation. Enjoy Panoramic Beach Views from your Tempur-Pedic king size bed, in privacy lounging on the master balcony, and from the newly remodeled ensuite master bathroom. Luxury was the inspiration for this master bath remodel, with a sumptuousness soaking tub overlooking the ocean, a generous walk in shower, and a double sink vanity. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the other has a custom twin over twin bunkbed. There is a full bath in the hall for your convenience! On the 1st floor, one bedroom has two full size beds the 2nd bedroom has a twin over full custom bunkbed. These two bedrooms share a New Jack & Jill bathroom. The 4th floor has a custom full over queen bunkbed. So many choices to find your Zen spot.

Entertainment: High-speed Internet, large Smart TV's throughout (including one outside), expansive outside entertainment decks with plenty of seating and areas for games. Steps from the deck lead right to our private beach! Outside we have a private shower with hot and cold water, perfect for when you come off the beach and for rinsing beach chairs and toys. Enjoy cooking on the Blackstone griddle/grill and al fresca dining overlooking the Gulf to end another wonderful day at the beach!

Our vacation home is the ideal setting for making the best family vacation memories. Our home is not an event or party home. Instead, think of White Sands as your tranquil, luxury, beach escape.

Enjoy our complimentary beach set-ups which include 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas! We also have 6 sand chairs (low recline) for your enjoyment!

We have parking for 4 small to medium vehicles in 2 tandem spaces.

Valet Trash Service is included for your convenience. Simply leave your bagged trash in the cans and our service will take the cans out and bring them back in on trash days, which are Tuesdays and Fridays.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
