Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht
Die Vermieterin war freundlich. Auch sie konnte nicht verstehen, dass für die Wohnung 100,00 € Mietpreis verlangt wurde.
- Der Syffon im Bad roch permanent nach Kloake, obwohl wir täglich Wasser hinein füllten. Der Ablauf der Dusche war verstopft. Das Wasser lief sehr schlecht ab. Es gab keinen Wohnbereich. Lediglich ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein TV mit nur kroatischen Sendern befand sich im Küchenbereich. Klimaanlage fehlte. Komfort der Wohnung gleich Null, gemessen am Mietpreis von 100,00 € pro Tag.
