About this property

Paradise at Shorewalk

We welcome IMG guests as we are only 5 minutes from the academy! This ground floor condo contains 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen (recently renovated in 10/2023). Property is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area located within 4 miles of Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, and 5 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport. Walking distance to several grocery/ retail stores, bars, bowling alley, theatre, and many restaurants. Amenities include: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocce ball, basketball, ping pong, pool table, along with a playground and sandbox for children. This unit is also centrally located within a few short steps of the pool and the many amenities offered at this quiet and relaxing resort. We strive to make this your home away from home at our little place of paradise. Sorry but no animals are allowed on the property per HOA.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check the 3 ring binder for check out instructions, which also include temperature settings for departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum nightly stay for January, February, and March is 29 days. Otherwise a 5 night minimum stay
Any extra charge imposed by my cleaning staff from your stay may result in additional fees passed on to you. Only if left beyond the norm cleaning
You will be responsible for any damages caused by your or anyone in your party. You agree to follow the Shorewalk HOA regulations during your stay.

We stayed while attending a tournament at IMG and it was actually perfect. Great location, quiet, nice pool. Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.

We loved our time at Shorewalk! The location to IMG was perfect especially for those early mornings. The community offered plenty to do to entertain our entire team while there! Lana the owner was extremely helpful and flexible! She was super responsive to qquestions and gave excellent restaurant suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Lacrosse Getaway

My stay was wonderful, everyone was very courteous and professional, the property is centrally located for easy access to the beach or to downtown Sarasota, and downtown Bradenton, the property has 2 pools tennis courts and a club house, I would definitely stay there again !

Shorewalk - always a great family destination

We had a great time at Lana’s condo in Shorewalk. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with some great amenities like cooler bags and extra beach towels! Beds were super comfortable. Lana was extremely responsive and was an excellent host. Can’t wait to come back!

The property is very close to IMG. for tennis and easy access to restaurants. The unit was very clean and had all the items necessary for a wonderful stay. Would stay here again in the fall when my friend and I return for more tennis.

Great Place to stay

My daughter and I visited for a lacrosse tournament. Lana made communication so easy and was so accommodating to our needs. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. After long days on the lacrosse fields it was nice to come back and be able to cook a nice dinner in a kitchen that met all of our needs. The pool was an absolute bonus as the weather was beautiful.
