A new, bright chalet located in the hamlet of Les Terrasses in La Grave, at an elevation of 1,700 metres, facing La Meije with commanding, panoramic views of the valley.
Just 2 minutes from the family-friendly resort of Le Chazelet and 5 minutes from the shops in La Grave.

This fully equipped holiday rental, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is spread over 3 levels:

- Ground floor: main entrance with garage and game room.

- Ground floor: fully equipped and functional kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue set, etc.) opening onto the dining room; a living area furnished with two sofa beds (TV, streaming box, and Wi-Fi), all opening onto a balcony and terrace facing La Meije.

- 2nd floor: spacious master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with a private balcony.

Beautiful bathroom featuring a double sink, bathtub, and shower.
Two separate bathrooms, one on each floor.

All rooms are heated by electric floor heating with individual thermostats. High-quality materials were used throughout. This chalet was designed to preserve the authentic spirit of a chalet while offering modern comforts.
