The coastal-themed 1,877-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath townhome is in Beau Coast Resort, a stunning new community designed for the ultimate vacation lifestyle.

The community has a clubhouse, pickle ball, and resort-style pool. In or near the clubhouse, you will find outdoor dining and a fire pit, corn hole boards, a shuffleboard table, ping-pong tables, a community kayak dock, and more to make your vacation memories.

Beaufort Retreat at Beau Coast Resort offers everything you would want in a coastal resort. This 3-story townhome has three bedrooms, each with its connected full bath and 43-inch wall-mounted intelligent TVs.
- Bedroom 1 (3rd level): King bed, desk, TV
- Bedroom 2 (3rd level): Bunk bed, TV
- Bedroom 3 (1st level): Queen bed, desk, TV

The home can sleep six adults or four adults and three children comfortably. It has an open floorplan common area on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 65-inch smart TV, dining area, and half bath. There is a washer and dryer on the 3rd level.

High-speed Internet is included with mesh wireless access points on all three floors. If you must catch up with work, there are desks in two bedrooms equipped with monitors.

There is a single-car garage and space for one car in the driveway. Additional street parking is available around the corner if needed.

Downtown Beaufort is a short bike ride away if you want to bring your bikes or rent from a local vendor. You can also bring or rent kayaks to launch in the Beau Coast community pond or on Taylor's Creek from the Beau Coast community dock.

Bicycles are available from BikeBeaufort. They have both delivery and pick up.

We love this property and it’s our second summer enjoying the space. Check in is so easy and the home has everything you’ll need for your stay. Comfy beds and space for everyone to feel relaxed. Perfect Beaufort Getaway

I’ve been coming down to the Beaufort for 20 years with my family since moving away. This is our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The condo itself is spacious, well laid out and perfect for family time. The location and amenities are terrific. We’ve stayed here the last 2 years and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Base in Beaufort

This home was the perfect location to enjoy and explore Beaufort and the surrounding areas. As good as the home was, the owners were even better and were probably the most responsive and helpful owners we’ve ever stayed with. The house is incredibly comfortable and has everything we needed. We highly recommend trips to Cape Lookout and Shackleford, those were real highlights. We can’t wait to come back soon!

The property was in perfect condition, including comfortable beds, great TVs for streaming, well appointed kitchen, and very clean. We played pickleball and used the gym. Wished the weather was a bit warmer, so we could use the pool. All in all a very nice stay.

Beautiful Beaufort holiday

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and couldn't have been happier with our stay. It was in a lovely community with a wonderful swimming pool and a convenient market to grab a bite for lunch or an early dinner. The community is a short 3-5 minute drive to downtown Beaufort and the ferries. The townhouse was absolutely beautiful and every thoughtful detail to make us comfortable had been seen to. We can't wait to come back!

Beau Retreat was so light, airy, and beautifully furnished. The common space between the top floor and bottom floor was perfect for the family to gather for meals, tv or conversations. Response from the host and owner was timely. Everything was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!!!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We traveled to spend Thanksgiving with family in the area. This property was perfect for our family getaway! It was so clean and beautifully decorated, and everything was just as portrayed in the listing. We had everything we needed, plus some thoughtful extras from the hosts. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we took daily walks and enjoyed the pickleball courts. The hosts went above and beyond in their communication about the property as well as information about the surrounding area. We would stay here again without hesitation, and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!!

Beaufort Retreat

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this lovely property for 3 nights in late October. Everything was just as depicted in the listing plus more! The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials. The home was clean and cute. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms which makes it very comfortable for all. The owner was quick to return calls, and very accommodating. As for the area, this was a good time to visit as it was relatively quiet, and we didn’t need reservations to get into any of the (normally) busier restaurants. Enjoyed No Name Pizza, Black Sheep, Dock House, Moonrakers, and Beaufort Cafe. We took the Island Express Ferry over to Shackleford Banks to look for the elusive horses. We did see a few and got in some serious walking 😀. All in all, a great trip!

We love the location of the rental, close to park, Front St, Radio Island etc. Neighborhood amenities are great (pool/clubhouse). Rental was clean, perfect size for us. Dave was so helpful and responded quickly to any messages! We will be back again!

Beau Coast

We had a fabulous time staying in this condo. It was clean and decorated to feel like you where living on the Outer Banks. The kitchen was stocked with all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is quaint and safe for walking. It located just minutes away from downtown. We would definitely stay here again. The owner communicated with us and answered all of our questions.
