Enjoy wide views of the ocean and beach! That's just the beginning with this charming condo. It's even visible from the kitchen! Which is perfect, because it's easy to spend hours cooking on that extra-long granite countertop. You'll cook on full-size appliances and tidy up with the help of a dishwasher. Afterward, you can relax and enjoy the furnished balcony. Inside, guests can relax in central air-conditioning. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy stellar ocean views from tall windows under nine-foot ceilings - you'll also be able to access the balcony from this room. Set your traveling clothes to go in the private washer/dryer and put on your swimsuits. It's officially vacation time.

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, six-and-a-half miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers beautiful views of the Gulf for guests gutsy enough to take a ride. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under two miles from this condo. Do not rent from this company!

We never received our parking pass or wristbands to get into the pool! I contacted this company SEVERAL TIMES and they just kept saying someone would get back with me and NEVER did. I kept contacting them throughout our stay… nothing! There is literally a security guard that sits at the pool and doesn’t let anyone in without a wristband. The security at the parking garage told us they were filing a complaint against this company “Vacasa” because this has happened so many times with them. I was told by the company they would refund us, NEVER received a refund. Anytime I’ve called or sent messages they say “someone will be in contact with you.” But no one ever is. If this is a property management company, I feel bad for the actual owners of this condo because the condo itself is nice- the property management company is complete trash.

Great condo

The refrigerator on the outside could’ve been cleaner, the smoke detectors chripped the entire time. But overall it was a nice stay

Stay at Boardwalk Beach Resort and Condominium

Checked in 9/22/23 Enjoyed the property but we didn't get our parking pass and wrist bands until after lunch 9/23/23, therefore we were unable to utilize the amenities of the property until we received them. View was amazing on the 12th floor, TV in 2nd bedroom didnt work, no salt/pepper no strainer. The property staff was extremely accommodating and wonderful. The rules state vehicle may be at risk of tow without a parking pass which was very concerning. To say the least a portion of our stay was stressful because I was on the phone with my rental agent Vacasa seeking resolution. Ultimately the property staff was able to get the needed items to truly enjoy the vacation.
