Gulf-front living shines at Boardwalk 1409, a bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Panama City Beach with ocean and pool views. This 1,152-square-foot retreat sleeps up to 6 and pairs a relaxing beachside vibe with resort-style comfort.

You must register in advance for parking/amenities. Prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to do so. Your registration packet is picked up from security from arrival. You are limited to 2 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Vehicle Reg Fees ($50 per vehicle) & Armbands ($6 A Piece)

This place was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. The games were an added bonus especially on New Year’s Eve. Would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS COMPLEX

We rate the condo itself at a solid 5 stars bc it was perfect. However, DO NOT STAY IN THIS COMPLEX if you want to use and enjoy the pool area. Especially if you have children who want to enjoy their stay. The building “security” is awful and the “rules” are ridiculous. We will not return to this complex.

Even better than the pictures!

I've stayed at quite a few places in PCB and often, while the condo is great, you never know until you get there and see it in person. This condo is GREAT. Very clean, comfy beds and sofas, kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishes and about all the utensils you might need. Linens and supplies provided were better than most places I've stayed in. Great balcony with chairs and tables to watch the ocean and sunset. Didn't use TV much as none in my party watched much. There were a collection of DVDs and board games for those rainy times or evenings. It's quiet and Boardwalk is a great resort. Security can be strict but it was good knowing they were keeping an eye on things. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Our stay

Overall our stay was great. When we arrived the TV in the living room did not work. Maintenance replaced it in 2 days. The morning we left which was around 5AM the entry lock was not working. Thankfully this didn't cause us a problem but if both my wife and I had been out of the condo at the same time we would have been locked out with no one to help at that time of the morning. You may want to check that in the future. Other than those problems we really enjoyed our stay.

Girls Trip

This condo was perfect. Reasonably priced and fully stocked! The master bed was so comfortable- I didn’t even miss my Purple mattress and that is saying A LOT! There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The unit did get hot during the day although we had the temp set at 69- it was reading 76. That is literally the only complaint. It cooled down in the evening so we never made a call to management. This is our 5th trip at this particular condo but our first in this unit. This unit has overall been my favorite. The property overall is a great atmosphere with a bar and grill and live music. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.
