CAPBRETON- Tourist resort adjoining Hossegor by the marina, near the beaches of the Estacade and the marina, pleasant renovated apartment on the 2nd floor with lift. Private air parking. Pleasant and comfortable residence. Proximity to cycle paths.
Entrance; Living room (4.23 x 3.78 + 2.15 x 1.85) (1 sofa bed with sofa bed + 1 folding bed of 1.20) wooden floor. The terrace has been closed off as a veranda which allows a view of the marina from the dining area. Separate kitchenette (1.76 x 1.33): 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, top fridge and microwave. Bathroom (1.56 x 1.55): shower and sink. WC. Private air parking.
Nice apartment, very pleasant and well equipped, perfectly suitable for a couple. Fishing and pleasure port and restaurants nearby. The beach on foot and the cycle paths nearby. Household linen is not included in rentals.
