A 155-square-meter house with a 30-square-meter patio located in downtown Marans, fully renovated in 2022/early 2023, situated about 200 meters from the marina and the Sèvre Niortaise River, where you’ll find restaurants and bars.
Many activities nearby (bike rentals 50 m away; electric boats, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards 500 m away).
A covered market 100 meters away takes place every Tuesday morning.

The gateway to the Marais Poitevin, situated between land and sea, between the Vendée and Charente-Maritime, the town of Marans is full of surprises.
20 km from La Rochelle, 35 km from Île de Ré, 10 km from the sea, and 40 km from the beaches of the Vendée; 80 km from Puy du Fou and 1 hour 20 minutes from Futuroscope.

With a dock for electric boat tours along the waterways, Marans is the ideal starting point for a fun and relaxing exploration of the treasures hidden in the Marais Poitevin, or simply to enjoy its natural serenity.

Capacity: 6 people (3 bedrooms).

First floor:
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, etc.) opening onto the living room, living room with TV, and 1 restroom.

Upper floor:
3 bedrooms (2 with 160x200 beds, 1 with a 140x190 bed), 2 bathrooms with showers and double sinks, and 1 toilet.

Outdoors:
30 m² patio (inner courtyard) with outdoor furniture and a gas grill.

House equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber).

Rent includes water, electricity, and heating.
End-of-stay cleaning is an additional charge (required) = 70 €.

Optional extras available for an additional fee:

Très belle maison, spacieuse et agréable. Très propre et bien équipée. Seul bémol, le prix des draps est de 10 par lit et ils ne sont pas fait à l’arrivée. Pour 10 npar lit on s’attend à ce que ce soit le cas.L’accueil est par ailleurs très sympathique et à l’écoute. Très bon séjour malgré tout

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à MARANS. Le logement est très agréable, propre et décoré avec goût. Il est fort possible que nous le relouerons lors d'une prochaine visite en Marais Poitevin.

Gite de qualité, spacieux, charmant.

A noter la qualité des équipements, de la vaisselle, de la literie, cuisine équipée et électroménager de qualité. De très belles ballades dans les environs : venise verte, baie de l'aiguillon, château de Fontenay le conte....

Heureux de constater que vous avez apprécié notre maison. Concernant Marans, tout dépend ce que vous recherchez, car ce n'est pas une grande ville (4600 habitants), mais qui est bien situé (30 minutes de l'Ile de Ré, La Rochelle et Les Marais Poitevin) avec beaucoup d'activités possibles (promenade en bateau électrique sur la Sèvre Niortaise, circuits vélos, randonnées, piscine municipale extérieur, ...). Au niveau stationnement, vous pouvez stationner gratuitement dans la rue et il y a plusieurs parkings gratuits à moins de 500m.
