Located on the second floor of a modern residence with elevator, this apartment will charm you with its decor, and its soft and warm tones.
Equipped with all the comforts and amenities needed for a successful stay, Shelby also has a separate laundry species. With a bright bedroom, your nights will only be good in this cozy environment.
The kitchen is open to the living room, and contains everything you need to enjoy the joys of homemade cuisine. This space is also very bright, and has access to get to its lovely terrace.
To make you feel at home, a large closet located at the entrance will allow you to settle in comfortably. And for greater accessibility, a parking space is available, and has number 7.
Perfect for a couple, Shelby will liven up your Concarneau vacation!

Des vacances réussies
L'aménagement de l'appartement était vraiment complet avec tous les appareils et choses et aussi agréablement meublé. Le balcon est bien utilisable. De plus, tout était très propre.
L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bon, la mer et le centre-ville sont accessibles à pied. Top
L'accueil et les explications sont à souligner.

Das Appartement ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in einem neunen Haus. Ein Strand ist in nächster Nähe. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Inklusive einem eigenen Parkplatz. Rundum alles perfekt.
