Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard, and the landscape are available for your exclusive use.

Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

We arrive late. It was like scary because it was dark and look like alone. Garden was very big. But inside is beautiful like the pictures. We enjoy a lot staying near cabazon outlets. Just step from the stores.

Powertrip recovery
This was a nice quiet place for our family to recover from a night of Powertripping in Indio. Easy to get to the interstate. Enough rooms for everyone to spread out, sleep in, and rest up for the next night of rocking out. A bonus was that you could buy gas at normal (not CA) prices.

Nice rental unit
I had 2 of my staff stay here while they were working in Beaumont. They had no complaints at all. They noted that the backyard needs some work (if it is intended as a space for just sitting outside). We usually find in our rentals that all the bedrooms have TV's. I was aware in advance that there was a TV in the living room and 1 in one of the bedrooms. It was a smart TV, but there were no subscriptions for on line streaming and it would not play via an android cast application. These are minor points and I would not discourage anyone from booking here.

Disappointing
Most dishes were just plain dirty or not very clean. Kitchen faucet nearly fell off. Had silverware but only 1 fork. 2 trash bags for a 2 week stay. No salt or pepper. No dish towels or dish clothes. A kitchen drawer was missing. A spot on the living room floor is ready to cave in. Sink in back bedroom is clogged. I sent an email on the first morning, but no reply and they claim to have never received it. It was very challenging to talk to someone about my stay and when I did, they wanted photo evidence. I suggested they go look for themselves and find out. They did not. Don't expect much. Maybe you'll get lucky and the people before you will leave it as clean as I did. I was not so lucky.
